Rental per week (Rue des Penitents House) for a single family (parents and two children up to 12) is:
- Low season: € 800
April, May (except school holidays) and last weeks of September - Mid season: € 1000
May (school holidays), June (1-15), September (16-30) - High season: € 1400
June (16-30), July, August, September (1-15)
Cleaning fee (for our housekeeper) is obligatory and is € 50 (minimum per stay / per week)
For additional guests add 25% for each. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably with options for 2 to 4 children.
Part of the charm of the house is its age. However the nooks and crannies and lots of steps here and there make it unsuitable for young children or indeed for older, less mobile guests.
We cannot be held liable for any injuries/accidents arising from these ‘architectural’ features. Please think carefully about what you’re looking for.
The same goes for the pool. Children have no access if the right doors are kept closed. The responsibility though is yours.

Our housekeeper can also do your personal laundry for which she charges an hourly rate.
Payment.
To secure your reservation you pay 1/3 of the rent; the remainder is due 4 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellation.
All refunds are minus € 25 for administration costs.
- Up to three months before arrival date 100% refund.
- Up to two months before arrival date 50% refund.
- Up to one month before arrival date 25% refund.
- On shorter notice no refund.
- If the house is let for part or whole of the cancelled period, the refund will be raised to a maximum of 100%.
